This month I started doing some bulk cooking with a friend! We started using Once a Month Mom… You need to check her page out! This page is amazing! Her recipe said it could be adapted from Lasagna into Stuffed Shells. Since the dinner the night before was Crockpot Lasagna the thought of more Lasagna in the month was a no-go!

Made these last night for dinner. I thought the filling was super tasty, but wasnt thrilled with the whole sauce thing. I make a similar dish with enchiladas and will probably stick with that. Keep posting, Mae. I love your site!
